Last updated: July 2, 2026

Welcome to Bricavo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bricavo.com and the training, courses, and content we provide (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are

Bricavo is a real estate training and education brand operated from British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at hello@bricavo.com.

Educational purpose only — not professional advice

Everything on Bricavo is provided for general educational and informational purposes for real estate professionals and those learning about the industry. It is not legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or professional advice, and it does not create any advisory, agency, or professional relationship between you and Bricavo.

Real estate laws, regulations, forms, and practices vary by province, state, and market, and they change over time. You are responsible for complying with the rules of your own real estate board, brokerage, and regulator. Always verify current requirements and consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.

Nothing on this Site should be relied on as a substitute for professional advice or for the rules of your own jurisdiction, brokerage, or regulator. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

Use of the Site

You may access and read our content for your own personal and professional development. In using the Site, you agree not to:

Intellectual property

The content on Bricavo — including courses, articles, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Bricavo and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Bricavo" and its branding are our property. You may share links to our content, but you may not reproduce or repurpose the content itself without our written permission.

Mentoring and paid services

Our courses and articles are provided free of charge. One-on-one mentoring, if offered and purchased, is a separate paid service and may be subject to its own terms provided at the time of engagement. Free content is provided "as is" without any purchase obligation.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, official regulatory resources or software providers). We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience, not as endorsements.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep our content accurate and current, we don't guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or up to date, or that the Site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bricavo and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bricavo harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
